Our Story

When General Motors needed to provide stamina and focus to drivers
and race crews during the 24 hours of Le Mans, the most demanding endurance race in the world, they came to Chef Jimmy Schmidt of Detroit's landmark Rattlesnake Club. They asked Chef Schmidt to design a culinary program that delivered delicious balanced  nutrition and peak performance. That's when he created LifeForceV (or as they call it in the pits, "Jimmy Juice"). That was 7 years ago, since then GM Racing and Team Corvette have been victorious at LeMans a record setting 5 of 7 years.
